Observation

Based on the information gathered at the site visit, interviews with the child care staff and referent, a review of the LD/CPS investigative assessment and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that Peter Ritchy has yelled at children at the child care, and he has grabbed them by the arms and shoved them into chairs and off of tables. It has not been determined that he washed a child's mouth out with soap - several people heard him talk about it but no one saw it happen at the center.
